Office
- Attend to all incoming telephone calls, visitors, receive mails, documents and handle courier services.
- Filing and general administrative duties every week.
- Track monthly staff purchases to ensure staff purchase
- Track and purchase retail shopping bags and staff uniform
- Check and compare pricing and book airtickets and accommodation for staff travel.
- Replenish admin forms, reprint when quantity is low.
- Set up a workstation for new staff, e.g. stationery, filing trays.
- Arrange/coordinate repairs to office equipment, lightings and air-cons with suppliers.
- Office housekeeping – daily spot-checks and inform staff for anything outstanding and inform Supervisor if it’s not done.
- Ensure a clean and organised store at all times.
- Purchase and replenish when necessary stationery, pantry and cleaning detergents.
- Top-up pantry supplies in the office.
- Set up and test all POS systems, laptops, scanners, printers for events and arrange to send any stationery requested.
- Check all items returned from events are in good order and stored away.
Retail
- Maintain all store lightings, purchase and send bulbs upon retail request.
- Administer any ad-hoc request from retails
- Quarterly visit to stores to change the alarm passwords
- Coordinate stationery upon retail request.
- All other duties delegated to you from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N’ levels and above
- At least 1-year relevant working experience
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office andemail program
- Knowledge of office administration
Additional Information:
- Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00 pm)
