Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment consultancy or agency recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in E-Commerce, Retail & Hospitality, and Events recruitment environment, catering to Temporary, Part-time, and Contract (TPC) roles
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards
- Understanding of Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations related to recruitment and employment practices for TPC positions
- CEI (Certificate in Employment Intermediaries) Certified
