Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Initiate sales activities proactively to reach out to customers in existing and new market segments
- Conduct technical needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific requirements
- Develop and propose tailored solutions to meet customer requirements
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Discuss with respective business units on costing, technical evaluation, service recommendations, operational requirements and etc
- Work closely with respective departments/ business associates to ensure service quality met customer requirement
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Monitoring sales status and prepare monthly sales report
- Respond to customer feedback, resolving complaints and provide necessary supports to customers
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Chemistry Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of business development, sales and marketing experience
- Experience in process industry and energy sector
- Knowledge in waste management and/or integrated plant maintenance services is advantageous
- Proven track record of generating new business and rapid revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise terms for clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Possess valid training certificates (SWSHPP/OPISC) will be advantage
- Possess valid training certificates (SWSHPP/OPISC) is advantageous
- Must own a vehicle
Other Information:
- Basic Salary: S$3,500 - S$5,000
- Transport Allowance: S$1,100
- 5.5 day work week: Monday to Friday, (8.00am - 5.00pm); Saturday (8.00am – 12.00pm)
