Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
· Provide full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support
- Assist with preparing and processing expense related documents and reports.
- Handle office supplies procurement and asset management.
- Coordinate internal and external comunications, including liaising with vendors and clients.
- Perform daily / monthly reconciliation and payments for corporate credit / membership cards
- Provide administrative support for travel management and hotel bookings
- Facility management which includes managing in-house cleaners and contractors
- Point of contact in coordination of office renovation (if applicable)
- Provide support to company-wide events
- All other office facilities related vendor communications
- Submit reports and prepare proposals/ memos and presentations as needed
- Overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of office facilities and equipment
Accounting Duties (good to have):
- Understanding in basic accounting principles including preparation and posting of journal entries
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Qualifications:
- Min Diploma in Business or a related field with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the banking and financial industry.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Able to write and converse in Korean Language is an advantage to assist in translating and writing documents in Korean
