- Ability to minimizing disposal and controlling the quality of earth disposal
- Technically savvy to handle clients

- Cost sensitive on keeping budget for plant and equipment, manpower, productivity
- Hardworking and committed
- Diploma/degree in civil engineering
- Class 3 driving licence.
