Job Description:
- Process supplier invoices, payments, and data entry in QuickBooks & NC Accounting System.
- Manage bank reconciliations and supplier account statements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing.
- Assist with subcontractor payments, contra charges, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec / Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Min 1 year in QuickBooks & NC preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
