Position Title: Full-Time Accountant
Working Location: North (Nearest MRT: Yishun)
Working Hours: WFH / Hybrid (4days office, 1day WFH) 9.30am - 5pm
Salary Package: SGD $3000 onwards + Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily accounting transactions and activities.
- Report on the company's financial health, liquidity and forecasts.
- Filing GST as per Singapore standard.
- Prepare monthly financial management reports submit to Director.
- Prepare cash flow forecast, manage actual cash flow and analyse variances.
- Handle CPF, Incometax Submission
- Handle Payroll
- Prepare accounting financial reports and audit schedules.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Able to use accounting software.
* Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
* Audit financial transactions and documents.
* Close accounts book on time and accurate.
* Initiate tax planning. and GST reporting and oversee periodical tax filing.
- Any relevant ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Minimum N / O Level
- Possess understanding of accounting principles and concepts, obtained through formal education or relevant coursework.
- Has a relevant accounting qualification.
- Min 3 years of work experience in similar capacity.
- Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, good team player, mature and able to work independently.
- Must be well versed in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Power point.
- Able to meet a tight deadline.
