Job Description
• Provide & propose customizable technical solutions to customers
• Respond and provide information on product range, prices and generate quotations in accordance with specifications/customer requirements
• Provide pre & post-sales support to customers and distributors
• Manage and plan the sales quota on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Develop deep understanding of product through application training
• Present and lead presentation, demonstration and sample measurement
• Provide and conduct operation trainings to customers and distributors
• Support and consult marketing activities, and monitor and report on activities
• Liaise with related personnel and Headquarters. Submit related/required data and participate in discussions or projects on needs basis
• Provide technical support and assist distributors to develop solutions for customers
• Attend meetings and trainings assigned by superior
• Write specifications and technical solutions (proof of concept) for customer
• Management of solution-based products vendor and suppliers
• Project management of projects from start to end
• Develop strong understanding of industry 4.0 requirements
• Regional travel to ASIA territory including India
Job Requirement
• Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical or other related engineering field
• 1 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Words, Power Point, Outlook
• Able to give presentation with confidence
• Well-organized, self-motivated, reliable, and resourceful
• Able to work both independently and as an effective team player
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Keen to learn attitude is a must
• Strong knowledge in Industrial 4.0
• Willing to “think out of box” and “deep dive” to understand customer needs / wants
• Good Acumen to create new ideas and solutions for customer
