Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Daily Trade Operations monitoring & follow-up of transactions with Business Units or customers in accordance to the agreed service standard
- Perform reconciliation of transactions
- Daily monitoring of FX contracts
- Perform daily call back verification
- Perform checking of Trade invoices & shipping documents
- Perform data entry for AML/EWSS check
- Perform maker role for collection of fees
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Answer in-scope enquiries from internal and/or external customers
- Other operational & administrative functions
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder, ideally comes with relevant experience in banking operations
- Knowledge of Trade Finance Products / Processes would be an advantage
- Dedicated, self-motivated and a team player
- Meticulous and detailed oriented
- Capable of working effectively under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
