A renowned luxury goods retailer is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Director. This role involves setting sales objectives, developing sales budgets, and working closely with market Brand Managers to ensure consistent and excellent retail execution across the region. The successful candidate will also drive training performance, strengthen and support store operations, and collaborate with various departments to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set sales objectives and develop sales budgets and key sales figures.
- Work closely with market Brand Managers to ensure excellent retail execution.
- Lead regional projects and execute business initiatives.
- Collaborate with Market Leaders to build store performance goals and train sales teams.
- Provide skill, service, and product training to retailers and the retail team.
- Ensure efficient flow of products and support marketing in media presentations.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
- Preferable with experience in luxury goods wholesales.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Can-do attitude, able to take directions and work independently.
