Role:
- To provide full support and assistance to officers in creating purchase order, service entry and process e-invoices
- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and invoices
- Assist in filing to Document Management System
- Assist to create training requests in HR system and to liaise with course providers in all the requirements needed to complete the registration of the courses
- Scheduling of Safety and Quality inspections to company projects and to notify project stakeholders on the inspection dates
- Assist officers in the collation of data from inspection reports with subsequent uploading into Tableau Dashboard
- Maintenance of webpage
- Minutes taking
- Any other administrative duties
Requirements:
- GCE 'A' Levels
- Good communication and writing skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
