Job Description:
• Support day-to-day human resource activities of HR team.
• Assist with Leave / Time attendance processing and administration.
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files including employee records.
• Handling work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
• Managing interview process and liaise with external recruitment agencies for recruitment matter.
• Prepare HR letters including Employment Contracts, Confirmation, Annual Increment, Promotion and etc.
• Handling company insurances, Vehicle and Lorries Insurance & Inspection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
