Engineering, M&E
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, premises, schedule for follow – ups and gaps rectifications.
- Updating of 52 weeks planner against completed servicing ‘
- To perform repair evaluation, draft detailed scope of work and to create Bill of Materials (inclusive of cost) required for the repair works.
- Place order of materials required for the task.
- Lead a team of technicians and assign tasks/works to the team members.
- Provide guidance and assistance to the team as and when required.
- To assist in preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance reports
- Ensure daily facilities Inspection.
M&E Equipment
- to perform minor repair & maintenance works.
General Office
- to perform rectifications works on lighting, doors, piping, etc.
Safety
- To prepare Risk Assessment, Method of Statement documents for works that are to be done.
- Able to utilise various maintenance management system to manage work orders e.g. Corrigo.
- Has computer knowledge and able to use Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Event Management, Administration & Inventories
- Support and assist in Event Management set ups especially for back-to-back event and following days or weekends set ups (if any)
- Reset of offices spaces daily (e.g. Meeting rooms, Quiet rooms, Communal spaces etc.)
- Assist in replying to any Workplace connect emails (if any)
- Assist with preparation and presentation of facilities reports.
- Assist with the management of inventory of dry snacks, spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for facility operations by using JLL Technology software.
- Assist to fill and top up various vending machines.
- Function as liaison with vendor to coordinate the procurement of spare parts for WKE services.
- Assist in updating Site Field Manuals
Working Hours
- 1pm to 10pm / 12nn to 9pm with one hour meal break time
- Working hours may change due to operational need.
Requirement:
- Min Diploma in Engineeeing with at least 2 - 3 years of expereince in similar industry
- Roles requires travelling islandwide to handled different portfolio
