As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Zenika Singapore, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our business. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
What you will do:
- Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, develop job descriptions. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, employee referrals, and professional networking platforms to identify qualified candidates.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews and review resumes to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements and company culture.
- Offer Extension and Negotiation: Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as needed, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation, and training, to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation.
- Talent Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging talent pools and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Participate in various HR projects, such as talent management, employee engagement, organisational development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
At Zenika, we consider the following to be essential for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Experienced with various tech profiles, such as back / front or full-stack developers, tech lead, devops, data engineers or software architects.
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
