Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee Accounts Payable: Manage & streamline accounts payable process
• Invoice Management: Keep meticulous records of outstanding invoices & actively follow up with vendors & internal stakeholders
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with all company, local, state, and federal accounting & financial regulations
• Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain records & organized financial records, including receipt, invoices, and financial reports
• Audit and Discrepancy Resolution: Perform regular audits of financial transactions & accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Team Management: Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, provide guidance, support & mentorship
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or possess other Accounting professional certifications
• Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience
