Our client, a leader in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to support the Discovery and Design phases of a large-scale Digital Transformation initiative.
This CRM-centric project aims to enhance consumer engagement by standardizing and scaling existing systems across multiple markets in the SEA, Middle East and North Africa region. The role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the implementation of advanced CRM systems, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other cutting-edge technologies, while managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
The Role
- Manage overall project timelines across multiple phases (Discovery, Design, Development).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to map the existing CRM system landscape in Southeast Asia, Middle East, and North Africa.
- Drive collaboration with external vendors to align solutions with project requirements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Organize and manage periodic steering committee meetings to ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Support business analysts in documenting the current CRM system's functionalities and integration landscape.
- Ensure timely completion of business requirements gathering for the new CRM program.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and product backlog, ensuring clear acceptance criteria are signed off by stakeholders.
- Report progress and updates to the SEA, Middle East, and North Africa CRM Program Manager.
- Manage project risks, scope, and resources to ensure the project stays on track within the agreed parameters.
Your Profile
- 4-7 years of experience in digital transformation projects, having held roles such as Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Experience with projects involving system implementation, multiple systems integration, and complex data migration.
- Proven experience in gathering business requirements, mapping out as-is models, and defining target operating models.
- Strong background in running projects using Agile methodology with a solid understanding of Scrum practices.
- Experience leading the entire or specific phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), preferably Discovery (planning/analysis), Design, and Development phases.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and drive discussions with both Business and IT stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to identify requirements, resolve issues, and engage stakeholders in solution-driven discussions.
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- ITIL certification.
- ServiceNow experience.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven project management experience (PMI methodologies) with PMP certification.
- Familiarity with client’s business and IT processes is a plus.
