Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, specifically focusing on web development projects.
- Establish and enforce best practices, methodologies, and standards for web project management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and guidance tailored to web project delivery.
- Ensure that all project managers meet deliverables and adhere to the defined scope of web projects.
Web Project Oversight
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple complex web projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Develop and implement strategic project plans that align with client objectives and company goals related to web development.
- Identify and mitigate risks across all web projects, implementing proactive solutions to address potential issues.
- Optimize resource allocation for web projects to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Website Development Coordination
- Work closely with the web development team to proactively identify and resolve potential issues in projects.
- Coordinate with web team leads to ensure that project timelines, resources, and deliverables are aligned with client expectations.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions for technical challenges, bringing together relevant team members to find innovative solutions.
- Ensure that web development projects adhere strictly to agreed-upon scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Operational Excellence
- Implement and maintain project management tools and systems to enhance productivity and visibility, specifically for web projects.
- Develop and refine internal processes to improve the efficiency, quality, and profitability of web projects.
- Create and present regular reports to management on the status of web projects, team performance, and financial metrics.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, forecast resource needs, and optimize the profitability of web projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management with a strong focus on web development.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex web development projects.
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of web development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and methodologies relevant to web development (e.g., HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau).
