What You Will Do:
- Lead research and development efforts to advance the company’s fintech applications.
- Train and deploy biometric deep learning models (e.g., face and voice recognition).
- Write APIs to integrate AI models into production.
- Implement data pipelines for large datasets.
- Mentor junior engineers and interns in machine learning practices.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of AI models.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Science or Engineering disciplines (e.g. Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering).
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Python-based machine learning projects.
- Deep knowledge of machine learning techniques (e.g. finetuning, knowledge distillation).
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch).
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g. Docker) and cloud services (e.g. AWS).
- Fluent in English.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with signal processing techniques (e.g. Mel Spectrograms).
