- Project Planning and Coordination:Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate between clients,internal departments, and stakeholders.
Maintain site records,files, and documentation.
Coordinate site meetings,schedules, and agendas.
- Client and Site Management:Communicate client requirements to internal teamsand stakeholders.
Ensure timely completion of client and site requirements.
- Administrative Support:Provide administrative assistance to project PIC and Teams.
Maintain project files,records, and documentation.
- Logistics and Coordination:Coordinating between client &various intercompany / departments and executing Client/ Site's requirements.
- Safety and Compliance:Ensure site Team adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and report incidents.
Coordinate training and inductions for site personnel.
- Conduct site surveys and assessment and answer to the customers' enquiries.
- Perform other job-related dutiesas assigned.
