A joint venture between Rolls-Royce and SIA Engineering Company, Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) is the world’s largest Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility for all variants of the Rolls-Royce Trent engines. About this role
This traineeship is an opportunity for aspiring individuals who are keen to join aviation industry but do not meet the pre-requisites as a trained aircraft engine technician. Upon successful completion of the program, a career as a qualified aircraft engine technician awaits you.
About the Traineeship Program
· The program encompasses initial company familiarisation, classroom training and on-the-job training.
· The initial familiarisation in SAESL provides an insight to the working environment prior to attending classroom training.
· The three-month classroom training, consisting of theory and practical sessions, will be conducted and assessed by an external training academy.
· The nine-month on-the-job training in SAESL provides the opportunity to learn and work on the renowned Rolls-Royce Trent Engines.
Requirements
Interested applicants must meet the following pre-requisites:
· NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any Engineering Discipline
· Completed National Service
· Required to work on rotating shift work
· Willing to work in Changi
