Our client is a P2P Fintech firm and they are in search of Business Development Manager to drive their SME loan business.
The Role
- Expand the total portfolio by utilizing up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify opportunities with existing clients to promote loan disbursements, arrange meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and manage client accounts and loan contracts.
- Develop and implement strategies to create and capture new business opportunities.
The Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in SME lending or business banking is preferred.
- Previous experience in a client servicing role is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
- Motivated and proactive team player with a positive attitude.
