This position reports to the director of RIDEYOURWAY PTE. LTD. In the role of Business Development Manager at RIDEYOURWAY PTE LTD, you will be pivotal to growing the company's presence in Singapore. He/she is responsible for the generation of new business sales revenue but, also for the overall development and growth of the company’s profile and reputation, drive new business and play a key role in increasing revenue and building key relationships with customers.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Seek new business opportunities
2. Manage and retain healthy relationships with customers and build new relationships with potential customers.
3. Developing company strategies and plans
4. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
5.Other duties as assigned by the Director.
Technical Skills and Competencies1. Ability to seek new potential business opportunities
2. Good interpersonal and people management skills
3. Proactive to implement company SOP and strategies
4. Good understanding of industry trends, customer drivers, and market dynamics.
