Job Description
As a Financial Planning and Analysis, Analyst, the role reports to the Financial Planning and Analysis
Manager. Your job scope covers financial business partnering with internal stakeholders.

FP+A and make a real difference by supporting and advising the commercial teams.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Prepare the monthly country P/L and financial performance reports.
- Ability to drill down on the variances and provide supporting details.
- Track the country-level marketing fund income and allocate department-level expenditures
cross markets. - Work closely with the accounting team to provide high accuracy of the month-end data.
- Support preparation of monthly country-level budget versus actuals report to management.
- Support the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Maintain and update the Power BI dashboard monthly.
- Act as Finances’ point of contact regarding Power BI technical issues, and also assist in
building management report dashboard via Power BI - Support the commercial team in achieving earnings and cash flow targets.
- Support ad-hoc queries from internal stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc analysis to stakeholders.
Qualification
- Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent. A business degree is desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the relevant field (Small Medium Enterprise experience
is a plus). - Experience with or has a keen interest in learning Microsoft Power BI.
- Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experienced in commercial Finance and FP+A work.
- A commercial mindset with strong business acumen.
- Great communicator, persuasive and credible to internal stakeholders
- Self-starter and highly independent.
- Able to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment and be culturally adaptable in
working in a multi-location and multi-functional organization - Able to work pro-actively and act with broad discretion on assignments of varying levels of
difficulties.
