Client is a European MNC dealing with industrial gas and service. They are looking out for a Maintenance Administrator (1 year contract) urgently to join the team.
Location: West
Salary: up to $2,600 per month
Work hours: Mondays to Fridays, 830 am to 530 pm / 9 am to 6 pm
Hybrid work arrangement
Your new role
· Assisting with invoicing / transactions
· Shipment handling
· Document controller
· Coordinating with vendors and follow-ups
· Maintain team expense records
· Maintaining team office maintenance and supplies
· Updating of 3rd party warehouse monthly invoices
What you'll need to succeed
• Min 2-3 years of Admin duties
• Experience with Google Suite will be ideal but not a must
• Able to learn systems / Willingness to learn
