Job Scope:
· Configuration and programming of automation and controls systems involving HMI and Process Safety PLC/DCS.
· Development of HMI, SCADA Software for Rockwell Systems or any other Competitors.
· Design and Engineering of Control Systems for Oil & Gas Industry
· Ability to handle the project starting from Design till site commissioning.
· Design and Development of Project Engineering documents in accordance to IEC standards.
· Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
· Travelling to Rockwell Offices/Customer sites to perform Factory Acceptance test/Commissioning
· Keep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team’s capabilities.
· Work closely with Supervisor to guarantee customer acceptance.
· Work with team to manage technical risk in project
· Work with team to clarify technical issues.
· Work closely with Supervisor to achieve customer acceptance. Demonstrate application & technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure 100% meet technical items defined in project.
· Ensure project implementation follows the procedure of RA engineering standards and Quality.
· Maximize reusable standard product and engineering in project.
· Support Supervisor in managing team performance.
Job related Competencies
· 3 -8 Years of Experience in project execution for Process industries.
· Must be willing travel for Commissioning/Site support activities.
· Knowledge of P&IDs, System Architecture, IO list, Design Documentation for Process Safety Applications.
· Exposure to Emergency Shutdown Systems, Fire & Gas Systems, Gas detector Systems, Burner Management Systems, Well Head control/Safety Systems is added advantage but not mandatory.
· Should have gone through complete project life cycle from design phase to commissioning for Process Automation Projects.
· Should have exposure to Process Industry.
· High level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Training Skills, and basic understanding of Project Management.
· Excellent communication Skills.
