Responsibilities:
• Apply your expertise in Telco B2B Order Management processes to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in large-scale programs, working closely with internal teams (such as development, operations, and support) and external partners to align efforts and achieve project goals.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions.
• Lead and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements, explore solutions, and build consensus.
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field. Certifications in relevant areas are an advantage.
• At least 3+ years experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Worked as a Functional Business Analyst within the telecommunications sector, with a solid understanding of B2B BSS solutions and order management processes.
• Experience in Salesforce is a definite advantage.
• Strong client-facing skills with experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of converting complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and information to various audiences.
