Job Summary:
This role primarily focuses on administrative tasks to support the Desktop Infra team while also contributing to other functions within the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Desktop Infra team services.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Desktop Infra team, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Assist in maintaining records of corporate assets and inventory, supporting procurement and lifecycle planning.
- Monitor ticket trends and provide support to end-users by responding to queries, resolving simple issues, and routing complex problems to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in creating and maintaining Desktop Infra team-related documentation, including configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Support the creation and drafting of newsletters and Electronic Direct Mails (EDMs) to communicate important updates and information.
- Assist in ad hoc initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for Desktop Infra team records and reports.
- Collaborate with the Desktop Infra team on various projects and tasks, contributing to overall operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to the implementation of EUC best practices and share insights to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
