Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
- Track project progress and update status reports regularly.
- Monitor and document project milestones and deliverables.
- Administrative Support: Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Manage the project calendar, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and other relevant records.
Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the project manager, team members, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication channels to ensure that everyone is informed about project updates.
- Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to team members and stakeholders.
Task Management:
- Assist in prioritizing project tasks and assigning them to appropriate team members.
- Track the completion of tasks and follow up with team members to ensure timely delivery.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents, such as reports, presentations, and updates.
- Ensure that all project files are organized and accessible.
Risk Management Support:
- Help identify potential project risks and issues.
- Assist in developing mitigation plans and monitor risk triggers.
Requirement:
- Min Diploma with at least 2 - 3 years of expereince in similar function.
- Able to work in a team.
