Job Description
- Guide visitors through the various zones in the center and impart Emergency Preparedness skills and knowledge to the visitors.
- Carry out routine tasks to ensure equipment functioning and adherence to safety and security measures in the center.
- Carry out first-level troubleshooting of technical problems and liaise with the maintenance contractors to resolve the problems.
- Assist in the operations and any other job function, if required.
Job Requirement
- Singaporean only.
- Min Higher Nitec.
- Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Having experience in any formal First-Aid training or Fire-Safety training is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service/public engagement is more advantageous.
