You will be responsible for applying your extensive hands-on project management towards project execution to successful system implementation, managing the project team (onshore and offshore), collaborating with different stakeholders at all levels, and managing deliverables to meet the program and project objective.
• A PMP or equivalent project management certification and has excellent knowledge of working in both waterfall and agile environment. Agile scrum master certification is a plus.
• Solid familiarity with project management software tools; project management techniques; service management & development lifecycle.
• Deep business domain and technical experience in payments platform and solutions is a must.
• Good understanding of ASIA/APAC Local Schemes, ISO standards, SWIFT, etc.
• Experience in managing / implementing large scale projects and programs across multiple geographies
• Experience in system/software development, prior experience in coding will be advantageous.
• Team management experience with IT delivery teams
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder management

Looking for a seasoned project manager who would be responsible for:
· Actively contributes to strategic planning and ensures plans will deliver project on time, quality, and budget.
· Define and documenting project scope and resource requirements.
· Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members
· Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
· Creating a collaborative, innovative and efficient working culture
· Optimizing current processes and team productivity by implementing innovative ideas.
· Supervising project documentation
· Taking responsibility for project milestone delivery
· Responsible of handing over the project to the Production support after go-live.
· Represent in change control management for the deliverables.
· Controlling the scope creep throughout the project life cycle.
· Enforce all application teams to follow the bank Regulatory & bank SDLC guidelines.
