Project Manager (Construction)
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee Civil or Architecture Engineering Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects, adhering to deadlines, budget and managing stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Involved in handling Construction Projects and Productivity Enhancement.
- Responsible for Digital Infrastructure Planning, Scheduling and Budgeting infrastructure projects.
- Responsible for driving Construction Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) across projects.
- Ensure Construction Projects are delivered, documented, and communicated to all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables and tracked
- Manage on-site project/construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards and quality requirements.
- Ensure all Project activities comply with environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Involve in managing Project Crews, Subcontractors, and other Project Team Members.
- Strong knowledge in Construction Productivity in Productivity Enhancement
- Good in handling Project Productivity Enhancement proposal and Construction Productivity.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
- Implement and enforce Risk, Quality, audit and control checks measures to ensure high standards of workmanship and materials.
- Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Good Knowledge in Civil or Architecture Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Civil Construction industries
- Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) certificate Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) certificate is MUST.
- Good knowledge of IT Digital Infrastructure.
- Safety related certificate such as supervisor safety, risk management, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
- Possess good communication and interpersonal / management skills.
