Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role includes managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. In addition, the role requires the submission of Know Your Customer (KYC) applications for new clients, as well as ensuring that the company’s marketing materials and website are up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish relationships with prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, sectors, and opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking and other business development activities.
- Present and promote the company’s products and services to potential clients.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
2. KYC Application Submission
- Collect, review, and verify KYC documentation from new clients in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth processing of KYC applications.
- Monitor the status of pending KYC applications and follow up as necessary to ensure timely submission.
- Maintain accurate records of all KYC documents and ensure confidentiality.
3. Marketing & Website Management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to update the company’s marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.) to align with current offerings and branding.
- Ensure that the company’s website is up to date with the latest product information, promotions, and relevant content.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to drive business development.
- Monitor website analytics to track visitor behavior and suggest improvements for better user engagement.
- Work with external vendors and designers when necessary to develop and refine marketing materials.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular business development reports, highlighting progress, key wins, and pipeline development.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Familiarity with KYC processes and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
