- Actively search/source for potential candidates
- Sift through resumes and conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and to refine job descriptions
- Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending job offers and onboarding new hires
- Help promote the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events to attract top talent
