JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Perform transportation duties as deployed by the supervisor and carry out the duties diligently as instructed.
- Loading/Unloading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Ensure that goods are correctly packed according to PO to prevent discrepancy during delivery
- Liaise with the admin department for delivery order
- Sort out packed items and load goods onto the lorry
- Plan delivery route and check delivery order before leaving office
- Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
- Collect Delivery Order documents from customer or in-house at the time of product delivery and collection
- Inform admin colleagues if there are any order discrepancy and report to Manager on any returned stock
- Responsible for daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Liaise with Manager to arrange for regular maintenance and servicing of the delivery vehicle
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 5 years of experience in related industry, with Indoor and Outdoor sales experience
- Class 3 / Class 4 Driving Licence compulsory. Company’s vehicle is not allowed to drive home
- Able to carry up to 20KG items
- Physicall Fit. Able to withstand loading/unloading of bulky goods for extended period
- Experience in retail sale is preferred
- Capabilities of delivery route planning
- Preferably with Fork Lift Licence.
- Willing to do rotating shift work, able to work longer hours (when required/necessary) and have the flexibility to work late evenings, holidays and weekends (strictly off day on weekdays)
- Ability to assess truck volume allotment to accurately cubic a truck.
- Knowledge of GPS equipment; knowledge of DOT regulations is preferred
