Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement elicitation through interviews, workshops, and document reviews, ensuring active participation from business users across various departments.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between internal and external stakeholders to clarify and align business needs.
- Define, analyze, and document business requirements in Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with senior leads to produce high-quality, detailed documentation that adheres to organizational standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of requirement documentation with stakeholders, ensuring that all feedback and changes are captured and addressed.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and develop solutions based on business requirements, ensuring system specifications align with defined needs.
- Participate in system validation by formulating and executing unit tests and system functional tests to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
- Provide transparent and consistent updates to all relevant parties, including senior leads, business users, and technical teams.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather, review, and refine requirements, while supporting business users throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in requirement definition, including stakeholder identification, requirement elicitation, analysis, and review.
- Hands-on experience creating both Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Experience handling requirement definition within the Markets Area for at least one of the following Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets: Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, India, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, or Myanmar. Exposure to multiple countries is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the Front-, Middle-, and Back-Office domains is preferred for the Markets Area. Strong expertise in at least one of these domains is required.
- Proven experience in system design, system development, or validation. Candidates involved only in validation must have experience in formulating and executing unit tests and system functional tests.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and comprehensive requirement documentation that meets the rigorous standards set by senior leads.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region to meet with customer Front-, Middle-, and Back-Office teams to gather necessary requirements.
