Experience & Requirements:

- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with flexibility and resilience in managing rapid changes.
- Proactive team player, capable of working independently and multitasking under pressure to meet multiple deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of risks specific to private banking, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), sanctions, reputational risks, and suspicious activities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations such as those set by MAS, HKMA, and international organizations like FATF and Wolfsberg.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of the AML/CFT framework and its application to private banking clients, particularly in areas like onboarding, client reviews, and transaction monitoring.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and other office automation tools.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key project activities, ensuring deliverables are met while monitoring project progress and timelines.
- Gain a deep understanding of the processes and subject matter related to Client Onboarding.
- Continuously evaluate and analyze project requirements.
- Perform data analysis to support management reporting and other project deliverables.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across Compliance, Front Office, and other business units on project-related matters.
- Summarize project progress and findings, preparing presentation decks as needed.
