Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to analyze their business requirements and design tailored ERP solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to enhance business processes, automate workflows, and improve management reporting.
- Lead ERP implementation projects, including system configuration, data migration, and integration.
- Prepare project documentation and provide end-user training.
- Offer ongoing support and advisory services for ERP and CRM systems post-implementation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Business Studies ,accounting knowledge is essential.
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support, with a focus on accounting processes.
- Hands-on experience in using and supporting in-house or off-the-shelf accounting software or ERP systems.
- Strong interest in IT advisory and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business improvements.
- Ability to perform detailed gap analysis and offer practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and guide end-users effectively.
