job Responsibilities:
- Assist PM for all the project coordination's and documents
- Handle phone calls and email enquiries
- Data Entry in excel sheet
- Liaise with superior(s) and team member(s) for preparing quotations and tenders.
Liase with Government portals.
- Prepare necessary admin & paper works
- Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
- Dip or above or with 2 year relevant working experiences in construction industry is preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Prefer construction engineering background or relevant experience
