The Business Development Manager role is pivotal in driving our growth and success by developing and executing strategic growth plans, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research and exploring new business opportunities. You will work closely with the director to align business objectives and ensure the seamless delivery of our music training courses.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Facilitate the implementation of business strategies.
4. Establishes and executes plans and strategies to expand the customer’s base
5.Performing and fulfilling additional duties as assigned by the director.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Ability to be able to seek and develop new business opportunities
2. Experience in developing and executing business growth strategies
3. Strong communication and presentation skills
4. Market knowledge to identify new markets and customer needs
