Job Description
- Liaise with the Project Manager to carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation. Inform Project Manager/ Technical Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works.
- Manage and lead Architectural project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes.
- Review reports and other documentation prepared by the Architectural Coordinators. Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of the presentation to management, clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the Architectural consultants to meet project program, design deliverables, and Authority submission and timely approval.
- Review and value-add to the designs/specifications/drawings submitted by consultants.
- Provide design and technical support / resolution to site queries / issues over the duration of Construction, as and when required.
- Conduct routine inspections on architectural works to ensure smooth progress & compliance with approved design and specification.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Architecture, recognized by the Board of Architects or Singapore PEB
- At least 8 years’ experience in Architectural coordination works.
- Possess Qualified Professional license accredited by local authority board will have an added advantage
- Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Bluebeam, and Revit.
- Consultant firm experience will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, coaching skills and organising abilities.
- Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
