Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, set-up and structuring of initiatives and projects on people, process and technology.
- Monitor the progress and delivery of change initiatives and project delivery in Asia.
- Identify and track remediation of (potential) issues in delivery of change initiatives in Asia.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness ? Perform risk assessment with project implementation.
- Regular and timely update stakeholders on status, risk and issues.
- Identifying and managing project dependencies.
- Maintain regular contact with other change experts within Asia and HO for alignment and updates on the roadmap and projects.
- Manage vendors and project resources including all necessary logistics.
Knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree and Min 5-8 years of experience in an international Wholesale Banking environment.
- Good understanding of wholesale banking products, processes and technology solutions.
- Good business analysis and project management experience and skillset.
- Fluent in English (verbal and writing)

- Able to work in a team.
- Able to maintain a pleasant attitude while in a high-pressure environment.
- A solid understanding on change management process.
- Experience and knowledge of change and project management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
