Responsibilities:
- At least 3 years experience in accounts & admin position
- Maintain a full set of accounts - GL, AR, AP, Bank Reconciliation
- Responsible for monthly accounts closing, generate P&L, B/S
- Prepare schedules for prepayments, accruals and other journals
- Process & maintain petty cash claims
- Handle ad-hoc admin & HR matters
- Maintain employee records
Requirement:
- Singaporean or SPR only
- At least 3 years experience in MS office, Excel
- Good excel skills
- Experienced in using Info-tech accounting will be highly considered
- Self-starter, meticulous, organised and able to multitask
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / LCCI L2 / ACCA L2
- Comfortable working in a male-dominated environment

- 5.5 days work week
- Working hours 9am to 6pm - Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 1pm Sat.
