Job Scope
- Pack raw meat and prepare for shipping
- Cut & prepare raw meat according to order received
- Preparing frozen raw meat for further processing
- Handle heavy goods (raw meat) from Point A to B
- Clean the walk-in freezer/cold room where raw meat has been stored
- Manage other raw meat-handling workers & assist them where required
- Scheduling work shifts
- Any other work as assigned
Additional Information:
- Physically demanding due to raw meat handling
- Very cold environment due to frozen meat storage
- High working hours due to demand
