Job Title: Regional Business Development Executive – Asia (B2B)
Job Summary:
The Regional Business Development Manager will lead the growth and expansion of the company’s B2B ladies' shoe distribution business across Asia. The role focuses on identifying and acquiring new retail and wholesale clients, building strong relationships with potential business partners, and developing strategic alliances. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the fashion industry, an understanding of market trends, and the ability to drive sales growth in multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B customers and partnerships in ASEAN markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other business clients.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and product demand in the region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each market within ASEAN.
- Negotiate distribution agreements and close high-value deals.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the fashion or footwear industry.
- Strong understanding of the Asian markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
