Job Brief
We're on the hunt for a savvy SAP Strategy – Principal Consultant & Executive Advisor. This isn't your run-of-the-mill tech gig. We need a seasoned SAP Strategy Advisor who can speak the language of business, understands and can manage the largest challenges even for the largest and most complex global SAP customers. Are you someone who can bridge the gap between our SAP capabilities, SAP Ecosystem capabilities, Hyperscaler capabilities and business objectives for our customers? Your mission is to help us harness the power of SAP and beyond SAP technology in the most cost effective and most value adding way to drive our customer’s digital transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Ongoingly develop and improve your SAP and Beyond SAP expertise.
- Be an independent and highly valued/ trusted advisor to CFO, CPO, and CIOs.
- Develop complex Business Cases to align IT and Business Stakeholder.
- Develop and implement SAP Business and IT strategies that align with business goals.
- Identify and recommend new technology solutions that offer competitive advantage.
- Work closely with C-Suite decision-makers to determine the IT needs of the business.
- Analyze IT infrastructure and systems, and propose improvements.
- Provide expert advice on IT issues relating to strategic decisions.
- Propose and drive effective vendor evaluation programs across a transformation.
Requirements and Skills
We're looking for a unique blend of skills and experience for this role. Here's what you'll need:
- Proven +15 years in-depth experience serving the largest SAP Customers.
- Track record of +15 years in SAP focused Consulting, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Sales.
- Track record of +5 years working with or for Hyperscalers.
- Intimate understanding of the SAP Transformation Roadmap development process.
- Demonstrated very deep SAP commercial licensing and negotiation expertise.
- Expertise in today’s Hyperscaler offering with focus on SAP Landscapes
- Expertise in Value Engineering, Design Thinking, and Business Case development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex IT concepts into business terms.
- Business Development and Go-To-Market expertise and ability to sell your value.
- Business fluency in English, German, and Polish language
- A degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
