- Project Coordination and Management – Planning, Scheduling and Allocating Resources.
- Review mechanical drawings including verification of details.
- Monitor progress of fabrication and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure project meets contract requirements, specifications and budget.
- Coordination of movement of parts required for production.
- Resolve all technical & manpower issues.
- Attend meeting with client & other stakeholders.
- Liaise with client, sub-contractor, and inspectors to discuss technical issues when required.
- Handling progressive claim & final claim for variation order.
- Prepare quotation, cost estimate, and budget for projects.
- Monitors, tracks, and provide timely project progress reports to the management.
