Job Responsibilities:
Quantity Surveyor:
- Support the designer by reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Analyze maintenance costs and additional building needs, then negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper documentation for all tenders is maintained.
- Source quotations and evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors.
Project Executive:
- Ensure projects are managed effectively to meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications and client expectations.
- Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project budget.
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Conduct project meetings as necessary for issue resolution and progress updates.
- Manage change requests, keeping all stakeholders informed of schedule and budget impacts.
- Guide clients through project transitions, managing expectations effectively.
- Oversee onsite setup to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion when required.
- Administer Permit To Work and related WSH documentation as needed.
- Source subcontractors, suppliers, and materials as required.
Job Requirement:
- Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of relevant work experience
- Candidate with relevant work experience dealing with M&E are also welcome to apply!
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
