Key Responsibilities:
- Business Support: Assist the Business Development team in managing daily operations, coordinating meetings, and handling documentation related to partnerships and contracts.
- Client Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for clients and partners, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
- Market Research: Conduct market research on the Web3, gaming, and poker industries to identify new opportunities and trends that can help drive business growth.
- Project Coordination: Support various internal projects, from planning to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain records of business transactions, client interactions, and project outcomes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and client meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business support, administration, or operations roles, preferably within the gaming or tech industry.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong interest in the Web3, gaming, or poker industries. Prior experience in these fields will be a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to handle challenges independently and proactively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using business software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
