Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and updating maintenance schedules, permit clearances, and site scheduling.
- Liaise with clients and vendors regarding contract costs and material expenses.
- Use ERP software to manage materials and tools for maintenance operations.
- Attend meetings with clients and vendors as needed.
- Ensure timely adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Support site visits with supervisors and workers when required
Requirements:
- Min Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering or other disciplines
- Must have relevant experience
