Key Responsibilities:

- Target Achievement: Drive sales performance and ensure your team meets or exceeds set targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and store initiatives that boost sales.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor, manage, and optimize the store’s budget, ensuring profitability.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers and ensure top-notch service.
- Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, campaigns, and overall store performance.
